Bertone is presently seeking a corporate lawyer to join its team. As the ideal candidate, you have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of real estate transaction experience gained in a reputable firm or a corporate lawyer with a top-tier real estate developer.
Requested skills
- Experience in the practice of real estate law and financing is a definite asset.
- Experience supporting multi-residential, retail, and industrial development is preferred.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of the corporate structure, prioritize, and handle numerous competing demands in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Highest standards of ethics and integrity.
Criterias
- Bilingual
- LL.B, LL.L, and/or a JD from an accredited law school.
- Active bar licensure in at least the province of Quebec.
