Are you an experienced tradesman / handyman currently working for a developer and are not capitalizing on your full potential?
If you are currently working or have recent experience in construction market segment we need to talk to you. We are looking for a full-time, well-seasoned, hard-working tradesman/handyman interested in long term growth to work on several sites. Competency certificate-occupation is obligatory.
The job requirements are:
• Self motivated, responsible and knowledgeable tradesman / handyman.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance.
• Atend to all maintenance requests and general inquiries
• Able to identify and execute minor repairs or handle urgent issues.
• Able to communicate with, co-ordinate and complete work.
• Oversee cleaning of property (windows, carpets, floors, changing lightbulbs, etc).
• Able to do plasterwork, painting, doorframes, installation of doors, locks, etc.
• Oversee that the building in secure; elevators/air conditioning/alarm systems/heating systems/etc are in functional working order.
• Must have own tools
• Valid drivers license
• Construction site experience is a requirement.
• Company truck will be provided.
