Overview
Bertone is seeking an organized and service-oriented Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio. Acting as a key liaison between residents, property management, service providers, and internal teams, you will help ensure exceptional resident experience while supporting leasing, maintenance coordination, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, service requests, and day-to-day communications while delivering a high level of customer service.
· Support leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, coordinating property showings, processing applications, and preparing lease-related documentation.
· Maintain accurate tenant records and administrative files, ensuring compliance with applicable housing regulations and internal procedures.
· Coordinate maintenance requests by tracking work orders, communicating with residents, and liaising with internal staff and external service providers.
· Support property operations through vendor coordination, service contract administration, inspections, and follow-up on maintenance and repair activities.
· Assist with financial administration, including rent collection tracking, accounts receivable follow-up, invoice processing, purchase orders, and budget reporting support.
What you bring:
· 2+ years of experience in property management,leasing, real estate, or office administration.
· Postsecondary education in Business Administration,Real Estate, or a related field is considered an asset.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularlyExcel and Word.
· Experience using property management software such as Yardi, SPACE, or similar platforms is considered an asset.
· Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally between properties, as required.
· Full bilingualism (written and spoken).
