Overview
Reporting to the Director of Residential Property Management, the Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across our residential portfolio. This role assists with property operations, resident services, leasing, and reporting activities, helping to ensure our properties are well-maintained, efficiently managed, and provide a positive resident experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director and assist with day-to-day portfolio activities.
  • Coordinate with third-party property managers, contractors, and vendors to support maintenance, service requests, and operational needs.
  • Assist with property inspections, track follow-up items, and help ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor work orders, maintenance schedules, service records, and other property-related documentation.
  • Support leasing administration, including lease preparation, renewals, rent increase notices, and move-in/move-out coordination.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and service requests,ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and the preparation of operational reports.
  • Maintain accurate property files, compliance documentation, and insurance records.

 

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in property management,residential leasing, administration or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Yardi is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and service clients in a polite and professional manner.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel between properties as required.
  • Full bilingualism in English and French is required due to the client-facing nature of the role and the geographic scope of the residential portfolio across Quebec and Ontario.
