Overview

We are seeking motivated and organized candidates to join our development team. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing real estate projects throughout their development lifecycle. The incumbent ensures the monitoring of schedules, budgets, and various stakeholders in order to contribute to the successful completion of projects while meeting established objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage real estate development projects from the design phase through to completion and delivery.
  • Coordinate the professionals, consultants, contractors, and other partners involved in the projects.
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, schedules, and feasibility analyses.
  • Oversee the follow-up of approval applications, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify project issues and risks and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure that quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  • Prepare progress reports and recommendations for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, real estate project management, or construction management.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, financial analysis, and real estate development processes.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
