Overview
We are seeking a resourceful, results-oriented Tradesperson to join our team and support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring buildings remain safe, functional, and well-maintained, while adapting to changing priorities across multiple sites.
This role requires a hands-on, creative problem solver who will bring a strong sense of ownership to their work and be equipped with their own tools and truck to operate effectively in a multi-site environment.
In this role, you will:
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across multiple sites
- Handle minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing work
- Respond to maintenance requests and urgent issues in a timely manner
- Complete preventative maintenance to keep building systems running smoothly
- Carry out plastering, painting, door/frame installation, locks, and basic repairs
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of HVAC, elevators, alarms, and heating systems
- Support overall cleanliness and upkeep of properties (common areas, lighting, etc.)
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors when required
- Ensure buildings remain safe, secure, and well-maintained
What you bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, or a similar role;
- A resourceful and solutions-driven mindset—you know how to figure things out and get the job done;
- Strong ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-moving, multi-site environment;
- A high level of ownership, reliability, and independence;
- Solid communication and coordination skills;
- Valid driver’s license, personal truck, and your own tools.
